Refund policy

DesignedByChill does not issue refunds. Items are made custom for each customer. Because of this, every cup will be unique and slightly different from the others. No one cup will be exactly like any other, even if the design is the same, some variances and imperfections may occur. If there is an issue with your order please notify us immediately. We will try our best to resolve it.

Returns, refunds or exchanges are only subjective to items that are damaged or defective on our behalf.
