Shipping policy

Non-Custom orders are shipped within 1-5 business days. Custom orders are shipped 7-10 business days not including weekends via USPS. DesignedByChill It is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Once package is scanned into USPS DesignedByChill It is not responsible. At that point all issues or concerns for shipping must be referred to USPS directly.
